HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER? 

Orders can be placed through your Sales Rep as well as via phone 847-965-3625 and e-mail orders@heritagewinecellars.com

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER? 

The minimum order quantity is 3 cases or $150.00. 

WHAT IS YOUR CASE BREAKING FEE? 

$1.00 per bottle.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS? 

At this time, we only accept ACH payments.

WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD ORDER CUTOFF TIMES? 

5:00 PM (Mon-Thurs), 4:00PM (Friday).

HOW CAN I PAY AN INVOICE? 

An invoice can be paid via ACH payment by mail or delivered to our office during normal business hours. 

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OFFICE OPERATION? 

We are open Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm.
