2018 O FILLO DA CONDESA

This wine shows a characteristic bright yellow color, with a vibrant minerality that’s reminiscent of the sea. It has good structure on the palate, well-integrated acidity, and a great aromatic intensity with a touch of floral notes.
FOOD PAIRINGS
It pairs ideally with any kind of shellfish, grilled fish, salads, chicken, seafood paella, pasta with clams.
VINEYARDS
This wine was produced at Lagar da Condesa, located in the Valle do Salnés in the region of Galicia in the Northwest of Spain. Albariño grapes have been grown in Galicia for centuries. The wine was left on its fine lees to provide the roundness and creamy structure on the palate, and the optimal conditions were adhered to ensuring quality consumption.
2018 SHAYA SAUVIGNON BLANC
TASTING NOTES
Enticing and delicate aromas of tropical fruits, wild flowers, green apple and citrus peel exude from the glass. The palate offers white peach, green melon and grapefruit complementing a crisp acidity.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Seafood such as oysters, shrimp, scallops, fish, sautéed green vegetables, salads and white meats including chicken, pork and turkey.
VINEYARDS
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested from our vineyards in the appellation of Rueda, are planted on very sandy soils, which give this wine a marked mineral character and an abundance of fruit aromas. The grapes are destemmed and transferred to the tank presses, and the juice is then clarified and racked into stainless steel fermentation tanks where a slow, temperature controlled fermentation is undertaken. After a short period of yeast lees contact, the wine is bottled young to preserve the crisp and elegant varietal characteristics.
Rosa dei Frati Riviera del Garda Classico Doc
The southern banks of the Benaco have long preserved the tradition of an outstanding, fresh and graceful wine like the Rosa dei Frati. A high level Rosé with a great capacity to surprise with its simple authority. Fresh, delicate yet sharp at the same time, it is capable of being the centrepiece of the table. To the nose, there are clear hints of hawthorn flowers, green apple, white almond and wild cherry. In the mouth, it is tasty, fresh, savoury and able to stimulate the palate thanks to its sharp acidity and hints of small red fruit. The ease of drinking encourages a carefree attitude by the second glass. Recommended with cured meats, fried vegetables, mushrooms, tomato and mozzarella salad, delicate pasta and spring risottos, light white meat and strongly flavoured fish.
I Frati Lugana Doc
This is the jewel in the crown, the wine that got us known and continues to be the image of the company. A direct thread can be traced back to its variety, the Turbiana, our native vine. Intended to be consumed as a vintage, it expresses the best of itself many years after bottling. When young, it is fresh, linear and furnished with great sophistication and elegance with delicate hints of white balsamic flowers, traces of apricot and almond. Time enables it to evolve, allowing the mineral notes to be expressed with greater determination, thereby acquiring its complexity with traces of iodates, spices and candied fruit. In the mouth, it is capable of enveloping the whole palate thanks to a significant savoury essence, accompanied by strong, exuberant acidity. When young, a serving temperature of around 10 degrees is preferable, with cold or warm – but delicate – starters and to accompany fish dishes, boiled, steamed or grilled.
Ronchedone Vino Rosso
In the area where the first morainic hills rise, remarkably substantial and powerful red wines are obtained and Ronchedone is the ultimate demonstration of this. Highly popular from the moment it began to be realised that certain zones and certain microclimates were suitable to obtain a wine like this. Marzemino, Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet make this a wine that cannot pass by unnoticed. Very rich on the nose with hints of red fruit, crushed blueberries, Marasca cherries in alcohol, balsamic and jam aromas. On the palate, it is powerful and incisive, clean, savoury with the fine acidity that is the mark of the land of Benaco. Perfect to accompany medium to well-cooked red meats, game of feather and fur, seasoned cheeses, rich pasta and soup with meat.
Pietro Dal Cero Amarone della valpolicella DOCG
There was a time when the members of the Dal Cero family were from Verona.
Today, Igino, Gian Franco and Anna Maria have returned to the lands east of Verona, the birthplace of their father Pietro, to whom this bottle is dedicated, in order to retrace their history and savour once more the wind of those places. This they do with an emblematic wine of Verona wine production in the world, the Amarone.
The ruby colour captivates with its tone and intensity. The fruit is exuberant with a very pleasurable sour cherry taste, merged with hints of chocolate and sweet spices. The subtlety enhances the floral component of the purple rose. Balsamic notes emerge with increasing conviction, along with hints of star anise and wild gooseberry.
The tertiary elements are subtle and leave the perception of pleasurable notes of arabica and mild tobacco. It finds its utmost expression at the table with seasoned cheeses, well-cooked meats, braised dishes and game.
